Send me a photo of your favourite pet via chat after payment.
If you need to check the design renderings, please leave a message within 24 hours. If we do not receive your message, we will directly embroider and ship it to you.If there is no response within three days after sending you the rendering, we will proceed with embroidery directly.

As this is a bespoke item, please allow 3 - 8 working days for me to complete the design.
US delivery: 5 - 15 working days.
Rest of the world: 12 - 25 working days.

1 - Design (1-3 Business Days): Once you've placed your order, our designers spring into action. (Note: In order to improve the efficiency of production and shipment, If you have a need for changes or adjustments of your items,please contact us through IG to send your order number or e-mail in time after placing your order.)

2 - Production (3-5 Business Days): Most of the products takes 3 to 5 days in processing.Some products with special production processes may take longer.(such as hand-painted products)

3 - Shipping (5-7 Business Days or Faster): With production complete, your product is packaged securely and shipped. Typically, shipping takes 5 to 7 business days but we offer faster shipping options at the checkout.
